Our mission is to offer escapes from urban locations to private mindful spaces on the water. We believe in the healing power of water to help us recharge and we want to make this accessible to everyone through our private spaces on the water.
You don’t need to go far or break the bank to tap into your blue mind.
Sustainability at our core
With rising sea levels, floating communities offer an environmentally sustainable way of building and living.
Our spaces are built from recycled shipping containers, with elements carefully designed to take advantage of our natural surroundings.
Blue Spaces are designed to have zero carbon footprint-- they are non-motorized so no CO2 emissions and have a self-contained sewage system that does not release any wastewater into the sea.
We consulted with marine biologist and author of Blue Mind, Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, who has conducted years of research showing how being on or near water can reduce stress and anxiety and make you happier and healthier. With this in mind, we designed Blue Spaces to be conducive to a variety of activities that boost your well-being.
I can say that from both research and first hand experience, the quality of the space is just as important as the conversation and delivery. A waterfront venue where blue mind flows inside is as important as any member of our team for generating calm, collaborative and creative conversations.
